Em Foundation

 Non-profit organization for Creative students and Artists to help assist with art supplies, books, and other resources needed for them to excel in the Art world or design-based industry. Students receive resources via our scholarship program, given out twice a year to Art or Creative students working toward an undergrad/graduate or post-graduate portfolio, art projects, or exhibition work and need financial assistance and/or mentorship assistance. 2025 will be the first EM Foundation Creative/Design Scholarship recipients. 

 Our Reach Forward program is a mentorship program that connects creatives to Mentors and introduces Mentors to Mentees in the design industry, to help diversify and grow creative communities through authentic conversations, partnerships, and collaborations. And a way for Mentors to Reach forward and give opportunities to the next generation of creatives. This program has been ongoing for the past 18 years through my work in the fashion industry, connecting interns, apprentices, and creatives; while building relationships.  

We are a non-profit organization that helps bring awareness to Homeless and Abused Women's shelters. We have a Blanket giveaway during Christmas and the holidays to give kids at shelters warmth and hope. This has been a McCoy tradition for the past 10+ years. We make the blankets together as a family and then give them to the community.
