About EM

I am an American Fashion designer and Innovation leader with over 18 years of experience in the fashion industry, as a brand builder. I am a strategic thinker and problem solver, with diverse experience and success stories across multiple brands and categories. I have an MPS in Design Management from Pratt Institute and an Alum of NC State. I understand the importance of diverse teams, collaborations, and choosing better materials to build better products, to make a better planet for people, profit, and the company’s bottom line. I have worked and designed for Vera Wang, Kenneth Cole, Perry Ellis, Champion, Ralph Lauren, Reebok, and Nike. 

I am passionate about designing solutions that make technology more accessible to those in underserved communities.
